Who processes your data
The website adexion.com.ua is owned by Adexion Digital Agency (“we,” “us”). This policy applies to all visitors to the site, whatever country they visit from. For any questions about personal data, email us at hello@adexion.com.ua or message us on Telegram at @adexion.
What data we receive
- Data you enter in the request form yourself: your name, phone number or Telegram username, the services you select, and your description of the task.
- Technical request data: the address of the page the request was sent from, the referral source, and ad tracking parameters (utm, gclid) if they were present in the link.
- Anonymized visit statistics (Google Analytics 4), if enabled on the site.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about your request, prepare a proposal, and understand which advertising channels bring in inquiries. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored and for how long
Your request is sent over a secure connection (HTTPS) to our server and delivered to our team’s internal Telegram chat. We keep our correspondence with you for as long as we work together, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent to its processing at any time — just email us at hello@adexion.com.ua. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”

This site does not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies to count visits; you can block them in your browser settings.
